Bob Scagliotti teaches electric bass, and strings including violin, viola, cello, and bass, at Funky Munky Music. His professional experience includes 6 years as Bassist with the KC Philharmonic, 20 years as Principal Bassist with the St. Joseph Symphony, plus additional engagements with the Lyric Opera, Starlight Theater.

His most recent experience is with the Dixie Doodlers, KCJQ, the Caribbean Express Steel Band, Hot Club of Kansas, the Kaw River Band, and the Soft Winds Trio.

He received both his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Music degrees form the UMKC Conservatory of Music here in Kansas City, and he been the owner of Kansas City Music Service for more than 20 years, providing musicians and bands for Conventions and Private parties.
