EXCHANGE POLICY

For Purchases made In Store

  • If the item has a manufacture’s defect, bring it to Funky Munky, and ask for a Manager to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the item does not have a defect, yet you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may bring the item back to the store in exchange for a store credit of the full purchase price.

  • No Refunds. Exchange Only.


  • Item(s) with purchase price of less than $999:
    • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 14 days of purchase.
    • You must bring the item back to Funky Munky Music within 14 days of purchase.

  • Item(s) with a purchase price of $999 or more:
    • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 24 hours of purchase.
    • You must bring the item back to Funky Munky Music within 48 hours of purchase.

  • All items brought back for exchange, must be in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original purchase; and show no signs of wear or abuse. Otherwise the item will either be refused for exchange, or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the exchange credit.
  • The following items are not exchangeable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, Cymbals and Drums, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
