EXCHANGE POLICY

For Purchases made On Phone / Website / Online

  • If the item has a manufacture’s defect, call Funky Munky at 913-268-5555, and ask for Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the item was damaged in shipping, please retain all the original packing, call Funky Munky Music at 913-268-5555, and ask for Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the item does not have a defect, and was not damaged in shipping, yet you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may send back the item to the store in exchange for store credit of the full purchase price of the item, less shipping, handling, and insurance.

  • No Refunds. Exchange Only.

  • There are no exchanges on merchandise shipped outside the United States.

  • Item(s) with purchase price of less than $999:
    • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 14 days of delivery.
    • You must ship the item back to Funky Munky Music within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item(s) with a purchase price of $999 or more:
    • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 24 hours of delivery.
    • You must ship the item back to Funky Munky Music within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
  • All items sent back for exchange, must include a Return Authorization Number (call 913-268-5555); be in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original shipment; and show no signs of wear or abuse. Otherwise the item will either be refused for exchange, or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the exchange credit.
  • The following items are not exchangeable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, Cymbals and Drums, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
  • Refunds will only be given in the event that the original item was damaged in shipping or has a manufacture’s defect, and a replacement item is not available, and a suitable substitute cannot be found. Refund payment method will be at the sole descretion of Funky Munky Music.
