EXCHANGE POLICY

For Purchases made On Phone / Website / Online

  • If the item has a manufacture’s defect, call Funky Munky at 913-268-5555, and ask for Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the item was damaged in shipping, please retain all the original packing, call Funky Munky Music at 913-268-5555, and ask for Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
  • If the item does not have a defect, and was not damaged in shipping, yet you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may send back the item for store credit of the full purchase price.

    • Item(s) with purchase price of less than $999:
      • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 14 days of delivery.
      • You must ship the item back to Funky Munky Music within 14 days of delivery.

    • Item(s) with a purchase price of $999 or more:
      • You must notify Funky Munky Music within 24 hours of delivery.
      • You must ship the item back to Funky Munky Music within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
    • All items sent back for credit / exchange, must include a Return Authorization Number (call 913-268-5555); be in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original shipment; and show no signs of wear or abuse. Otherwise the item will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
    • The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, Cymbals and Drums, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
    • Refunds will only be given in the event that a replacement item is not available, and a suitable substitute cannot be found. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If the original purchase was “free shipping”, the amount of the refund will be original purchase price, less the original cost to ship the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance and the item is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If the original purchase was on a credit card, the refund will be issued as a credit on the same credit card.
    • There are no exchanges / refunds on merchandise shipped outside the United States.
